I was always perplexed on how dogs can be trained, so I brought home a puppy one day. It was actually a St. Bernard and named him Juno. He was quite adorable and I was quite optimistic that I could train him myself so I took some time off from work to do this. Much to my dismay, it was not as easy as I thought it was. The dog did not heed anything that I said and did not seem to hear when I call its name. This was quite frustrating so I took it upon myself to go online and search for dog training in NJ. I finally found one and guess what? It took less than a week for the my Juno to heed to the basic commands and by the end of the week, my little St. Bernard was behaving so nicely with his collar, that I could not believe my eyes. How did the trainer do it? I wish I knew but I know that it was not an easy job.
