Getting Incentives

Saturday, June 26th, 2010

There are many business people who want to take advantage of many different incentives their industry has to offer. Anyone in the home weatherization industry will want to make sure they get BPI training so they can become BPI certified. There are several advantages from someone to take BPI shell envelope training. People can take this training online through the Everblue Training Institute. The course is designed to help anyone understand ways to put pressure on boundaries in a home through different installation and air-sealing techniques. One major benefit of taking this course is to make a company eligible for Accreditation. Many people will be able to have access to state incentives if they are accredited.

When a company is looking into an employee or employees taking a BPI shell envelope training course, they will want to consider who they should send. This course should be attended by any of the following people: HERS Raters, BPI building analyst professionals, home inspectors, HVAC professionals, installation professionals, contractors, home builders, engineers, architects, and anyone else who would potentially benefit from the training. One pre-requisite of this course is that someone must have building analyst training, and certification. It is all about getting employees to do BPI training so a company can take advantage of the many different incentives around them.

The Career I had in Mind

The real estate industry has obviously changed. When I joined way back 10 years ago, selling a house was easy along with a great economy back then. But now things are a lot different than what it used to be. To cope with these existing hard times, one has to come up with a good strategy to beat the economic crisis. With high mortgage up on the rise and the economy not helping much, it is a lot more challenging to sell a house these days. However, with the energy auditor training this would be a completely different story. Aside from giving you information on energy efficiency, it also focused on programs that were recognized by several government agencies like the U.S. Department of Energy and the US Agency for International Development. I now clearly demonstrate a higher level of competence and experience in the field of my work.#BREAK#
