The real estate industry has obviously changed. When I joined way back 10 years ago, selling a house was easy along with a great economy back then. But now things are a lot different than what it used to be. To cope with these existing hard times, one has to come up with a good strategy to beat the economic crisis. With high mortgage up on the rise and the economy not helping much, it is a lot more challenging to sell a house these days. However, with the energy auditor training this would be a completely different story. Aside from giving you information on energy efficiency, it also focused on programs that were recognized by several government agencies like the U.S. Department of Energy and the US Agency for International Development. I now clearly demonstrate a higher level of competence and experience in the field of my work.#BREAK#
